Firm Profile

The lawyers of Morrice, Lengemann & Miller P.C. are recognized as excellent attorneys who provide quality legal representation to their clients.  The firm represents clients throughout the State of Michigan, but principally concentrates on matters in Lapeer, St. Clair, Genesee, Sanilac, Macomb, Tuscola and Oakland counties.

Clients are assured of aggressive representation as well as an honest evaluation of their matter.  With a few exceptions we can assist in most legal matters of our clients.  We regularly represent clients in divorce, criminal matters, D.U.I., custody & support, real estate & foreclosure, estate planning, personal injury & wrongful death, automobile injury cases, general civil litigation, and probating decedents' estates.

We represent clients in District Court, Circuit Court and the appellate courts of Michigan. In certain specialized matters we have engaged in litigation in the Federal District Court for Eastern of Michigan and the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Our firm has developed software systems that permit us to cost effectively represent clients. 

Our firm has been awarded a "preeminent" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.  This rating is derived from opinions of other Members of the Michigan State Bar and the Courts.  It is reflective of the competence and integrity in the practice of law exemplified by Morrice, Lengemann & Miller P.C.  Martindale-Hubbell has also given our firm a "V" rating which refers to general ethical standards which is the highest rating possible.
